It is an awesome place for your whole family. It's a club and a hotel together. Only members are allowed access to the club. It's a 7 storey building whose top 3 floors are hotel rooms and there is a open to air tennis court on the terrace. The ground and 1st floor are combined and have the hotel and club reception, a huge banquet for 1000 guests, swimming pool with cafe, lawn, Library, theatre (3 screen). 2nd floor has the back offices and the 2 big banquets. 3rd floor contains gym, sauna, jaccuzi, steam rooms and health cafe. 4th floor is the sports floor having sections dedicated to table tennis, squash, billiards, snooker, badminton, kids video games etc. 5th floor is the entertainment zone having indoor games such as carrom, chess, bowling, cafe, children's playzone with arcade games and the discotheque bunker. 6th floor has the 3 restaurants sip (dedicated buffet only), lotus (Indian cuisine) and campion (fusion cuisine) and also has the saloon and spa and an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool (operational only in winters). Besides there is also a sports shop and a library near the club reception. It's a complete family set up and one can easily spend many hours in a day here. About the hotel.Its better than any 5 star. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are good. The tariff is very reasonable. The only drawback here is hotel guests cannot use any club facilities so they can't really do anything for entertainment except maybe go for a movie. A suggestion to the hotel owners is to allow the hotel guests limited hours access to the club. But all this is negated by the extremely helpful staff. They truly look after all your comfort and try to accommodate all your request within reason. Do not go on the negative reviews as most of them are from people who thought that they have bought the whole property by just paying for one room and were disappointed when their request of using club facilities were rejected. You have to follow the rules put in place, you cannot expect special treatment just because you are paying for a room. Coming to the banquet staff and managers. This place is the best in surat to hold all your functions be it weddings, anniversary, birthday, house warmings, baby showers, corporate meetings (3 small banquets on the 6th floor) and many such events. The banquet managers are very very helpful and treat you and your events as part of their own and make sure they can help you with everything to make your event a super success provided they too are treated with respect and proper etiquettes while dealing with you. If you will be loud n rude to them then expect strict action from their side as well. We held a 2 day marriage function here and all the employees at the hotel and banquet made sure that we were helped through out, we did not even need to keep professional event management team for the hotel part. All our work was done by them only starting from luggage tagging, to delivering hampers to handing out gifts during function to guests. Food was the best part of the functions and was appreciated by all our guests from mumbai and even abroad. In fact our guests did not miss out on eating non veg (it's not allowed here) as there were so many options available. They really went out of their way to make the best cuisine possible. Mr Manoj (the head chef) and his team deserve a special mention here for helping us out during menu selection. Be careful as you will not get rooms (especially if booked a great number) before 3 pm. We had booked 80 rooms and got all of them by 3 pm only and we had to postpone our mehndi function by 2 hours because of this. The fault lies with people who do not follow the 10 am check out rule because of which the next guest gets his room late. A shout out to some very supportive people of Avadh Utopia. I had the pleasure of visiting Avadh Utopia last week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the luxury and elegance were immediately evident. The valet parking made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free, and the entrance set the tone for the entire visit — everything exuded sophistication.

The ambiance is truly special. Each corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed, creating a rich, welcoming vibe. We spent some time at the movie theatre, which was an absolute delight. The seats were incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience was top-notch.

Next, we enjoyed some fun at the Gamezone, where we played a few rounds of bowling and indulged in various indoor games. It was a great way to unwind and have some lighthearted fun. The highlight of our visit, though, was the cafe area called Teddy's Planet. The food there was absolutely delicious, offering a delightful mix of flavors.
