On 24th July 2023, at approximately 7:30 PM, I visited Baugh One Restaurant at Hathijan to book a banquet for 15th December 2023, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. I had been eagerly looking forward to hosting this important event at your reputed venue and had already decided upon the menu for the occasion. However, the encounter with the manager left me in shock and disbelief.

Upon inquiring about the availability of the banquet hall and expressing my desire to make an advance booking, I was appalled by the manager's behavior. He not only denied me the booking but also went as far as staging a fake call on his mobile to further justify the refusal. Such unprofessional conduct not only tarnished the reputation of Baugh One Restaurant but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

Determined to understand the reason behind this sudden change in availability, I contacted your establishment today, 25th July, without revealing my identity and inquired about booking the same banquet hall for 15th December. To my surprise, I received confirmation that the date was indeed available. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of your reservation process.

As a loyal customer, I expect nothing less than honesty, fairness, and professionalism from a renowned establishment like yours. Such incidents of misrepresentation and lack of accountability do not align with the high standards that Baugh One Restaurant is reputed for.

I am reaching out to you with the hope that you will take immediate and decisive action to investigate this matter thoroughly. Overall experience was Good. Food is good not the best. Quantity is the best. Environment is nice. Kids play area, Garden, Toilets seating, Parking etc are well managed.

The only reason for giving 3 star is their management style. There is no issue of paying 18-20 rupees for bottled water but restaurant only serves bottled water given excuse of corona protocol. When i asked to have a normal water, waiter said they do not serve normal water, they only serve bottled water. But they do not even mention that bottled water is chargeable. When you join your table bottled water is already there without asking. So you think it is complementary. I assume like this they are misusing corona protocol.

I am sure restaurant staff drink normal water. So i do not understand why this applies to customers only?

Another thing i have noticed that 80-90% of customers and many of their staff do not even wear the mask. So not sure why do they not implement corona protocol here?

My biggest disappointment is not money as it is not much but the way they answered when i asked about bottled water. I have visited entire restaurant , even their menu as well, but there is no mention of drinking water facility.

Bagh One is such a reputed restaurant and people come to taste their food from very far distance. They should not do this to customers. Atleast they should ask or inform customers about their charges before offering any service.

It is shame for them as they can not provide drinkable water in the restaurant. I doubt about the food quality as well. Because all of the cooking recipes required water. If they use normal water then they should provide normal water tk the customers. If they use bottled water in their cooking then they should inform the customers and visibly place it in their restaurant where any one can easily and clear read it. I really hope they...
