Horrific experience at Barbecue Nation! I would also mention date and time as it was very shocking to see such behavior by manager. We visited this place on 24/5/25 at around 12:30 pm… So the food was okay like the starters and everything but I wanted to try vegetarian options so I took some rice in my plate and poured some dal tadka on it. It was so shocking I found a small cockroach in the dal and I came back to my table and quietly showed it to the manager. I thought they will change the dal as there were many other ppl eating at the same place. He saw that I didn’t click a picture and he immediately apologized and took away my plate. Few mins later I was checking out other options for dessert and to my surprise one lady came and made another plate of dal and rice from the same place th u didn’t even change the dal! When I complained to the manager he is like he changed it he clearly lied and it’s very sad that they were serving such contaminated food 🤮 to ppl around! So I would like to inform anyone who is reading this pls be very mindful and check your plates… as these ppl are very irresponsible and after paying so so much how can you expect the hygiene and food standards to be so low. WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST….I was more disspointed of my worst experience in “BARBEQUE NATION” - ANAND(Guj.) decided to dine at in restaurant, hoping for a pleasant dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. No more options available for Vegeterain food lover. Comparatibly by non.veg. First, the service was notably slow. It took nearly 45 minutes for my order to be taken, and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When the meal did arrive, the temperature was lukewarm at best, and the steak I ordered was overcooked, despite requesting it medium-rare.

Moreover, the server seemed indifferent and barely acknowledged my complaints. To make matters worse, the side dishes were bland and underseasoned. When I finally asked for the check, it was incorrect, with additional charges that I had not incurred.

Overall, the combination of slow service, poorly prepared food, and inattentive staff made for a disappointing dining experience that did not live up to the hotel's otherwise...

Pathetic service and the staff gives you a stink eye for ordering something that's a hassle for them. You'll have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time for the skewers to arrive, have to digest the barbecue with a pinch of staff's attitude and dare you order something that's to your liking cause the waiters straight up deny your request. Upon arguing that it's available across other outlets they say we don't do that here. If the main course is missing something and you notify the staff about it they couldn't care less about it. The other customers present were all treated the same and you have to have a thick skin in order for your food to be delivered, reason; you need to be rude and shout for your orders to arrive. Also they have just a single child seat and if you are to visit with children you'll have to look after them for yourself.

It's a good spot ruined by the staff and their arrogance. Wouldn't...
