Burger King — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had high hopes for this place. But it was a disappointment. Firstly, we ordered many different types of burgers, ranging from different types of chicken and veg, whopper, mixed with meals for some of these burgers. The folks at the counter are supposed to know what is in the burgers, but they were oblivious to a lot of information. They didn't know what a filet of chicken is vs. processed chicken patty. Using their guidance, we got a type of burger, assuming it was filet chicken, but it was processed. For another burger, they said it's going to be medium spicy; but it was very very spicy. Thirdly, they directly serve Pepsi as the standard drink, whereas the usual rule is that they should ask while ordering which drink the customer desires. Quantity cannot justify the price in any way. Fries were so less, they seemed to be counted and given. Burger toppings were sparingly sprinkled on. The upper floor had occupancy and customers were seated there, but the airconditioner was either not working or was not turned on.

Overall, we had high hopes of BK here, but were gravely disappointed.

Edit: On reading the other reviews, it seems a lot of copy paste 5 star reviews are given at the same time with the same comment. They hint...

Didn't like the service at all. Also the atmosphere is too loud and hot inside the restaurant as compared to the overall mall area. These people working in burger king are scam. They do partiality with the customers who order offline at the counter. We ordered a meal which had coke in it but they asked us to order thick shake as the coke wasn't available which was a total lie. We saw that the customer who ordered online got coke alongwith their meal. Even the fries were soggy. They try different tactics for their benefit. Also there's an employee who asks people for good reviews just to complete her target which isn't a good behavior shown by the restaurant. The employees working in a big restaurant like this should be trained well. I wouldn't recommend anyone in my known or family to visit or eat at such restaurant instead they would rather go to a Mcdonalds...

I ordered paneer rice bowl from this place taste was decent but when i compare it to other franchise its okish. The taste is like eating yellow corn rice with few spices and paneer cubes.. Like not at all creamy only littel spice and nothing much. Till end i felt flavour was of rice n panner thats it no much spice or sourness or creamy taste..

The proportion of rice in bowl is good enough for one.. good amount of gravy n panner pieces are decent Its an individual choice to have it or not but i didn't feel like ordering it again.. i would rather choose other rice bowls in market.

The parcel was hot till 30mins of packaging or so.. that was good point And packaging was with sanitizer n in paper bag like normal..

The combo i ordered was with veggie sticks they were good..not soggy at all Tast was decent n it was 5 piece vegie...
