Choice Snack Bar Shela — Restaurant in Gujarat

While I really like the pav bhaji and pizza of Choice, our dine-in experience was totally ruined because of the service. To begin with, the spoons weren't cleaned, no water was served, in fact we had to ask the server to take our order at least three times before he actually did! While I understand that it was a busy day, it seemed like that manager did not care about the dine-in customers due to the high demand of online orders. On speaking with the manager about the poor service, he was ignorant and we actually left our food and walked out since we didn't receive...

Worst restaurant. I called them thrice over last one month & asked the availability of softy & everytime they said yes. And when we went there, we were told that it is not available. Last evening the same thing happened & I ordered a mango shake with mango chunks. They charged me Rs. 257, which is their standard rate & I was served in a plastic glass, half the size of their standard serving with hardly any mango chunks. Whatever few chunks were there, they were not peeled well & we could taste the peel in every sip / bite. Worst outlet of the Choice...

Unprofessional owner and staff who don’t even know how to serve and what should be basic ingredients of recipes. We ordered triple fried rice and got plain fried rice. Upon asking for clarification if there was any mistake in order, they kept justifying that this is how we cook and serve. Also the whole restaurant was empty and they don’t even provide basic cutlery like spoons/fork till you ask for it. No curtsey to serve water/ask for any further things.
