City Point Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

No sense of taste in food! Even their dal takda tastes blunt! The waiters are in so hurry that they would put hands in your plate to pick up empty/used plates/bowls even before you take your hands out of that plate. The veg manchurian chunks were so hard that i feared it would jump into someone else's plate while slicing it into two pieces with spoon! The Chapati suggested by their serving captain was the worst as it was firstly a machine baked chapati + it wasn't even warm enough. Paneer lucknawi - just a name (inside this you get large Paneer chunks with some thick gravy). It had no taste in real. not spicy, neither tangy. dunno why it was in the menu. Every vegetable curry i ordered was running low of salt. Even their dal. Amazing experience at the billing counter. Their Payment card machine wasn't working (strange that you run a restaurant so big and can't have a spare machine) the reason i was told is that the banking server is down. And was asked to get cash from the nearest atm which is beside their shop or in the same complex. Somewhere i felt like it was really related to saving the 2% transaction charge on card payments. They didn't even have Mobile payments like GPay...

Food is ok not much tasty but service are not good the behaviour of staff is unpleasant and not proper.even the owner doesn't deserve 1 star because behaviour is dreadful.We are eating and they are winding up their work I m literally feel very low class behaviour because aabhi humara khana complete bhi nhi hua and windup kr rahe he or saath hi jo cashier he vo bill Dene se pehle waiter ko bhejta he ki puch ke aa UPI krna he ya cash,me and my husband doesn't feel good at that time agar services limited time ke lie he toh pehle hi boldo ki band ho chuka he pura mood kharab kr diaand food is also ok ok not...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT A PARTY HERE. I GAVE A PARTY HERE AND WAS SO HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF MY FRIENDS. VERY BAD SERVICE, AT ONE TIME THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE WAITER ATTENDING PARTY OF 60 PEOPLE. REPEATEDLY ALL THE FOOD COUNTERS WENT EMPTY AND WERE FILLED AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS.
