City Point Restaurant & Banquet — Restaurant in Gujarat

On 1st March 2018, we had gone there to take Lunch. When we entered, we inquired about two Executive Lunches, the waitor told us that they don't have another one. But after sometime, one man (whose pic is attached) came and said us that he can arrange two lunchs. Then i inquired whether the second lunch is Left Over one as the waiter earlier told us that there is only one lunch available, then that man became angried and told us that he will send only one lunch as i have suspicion of left over one. The reaction from him was very rude. I asked him whether do you have any sense as how you should approach a ''Customer'', then he bluntly said "HE BEHAVED AS SUCH BECAUSE OF THE AREA IN WHICH THIS RESTAURANT IS SITUATED'. Then i told him to connect me with the owner, then he said "HE IS THE OWNER". Which surprised me alot as how can a restaurant can allow such a RUDE third class person in their premises, who abuses the locality in which the restaurant is situated. I hope this review will be helpful for the people who live nearby and in this area and i request all to boycott them untill the management of this restaurant display their apologies on...

We periodically go this place for family dinner and observer that food quality got deteriorated now. We went today for dinner and ordered Veg Chatpata. We asked their manager who booked the order and confirm that it will be tasty and spicy. The hotel has both restaurant and banquet hall, suitable for small groups of say, average 100 persons. They serve Gujarati thali for local crowd. The staff is courteous, helpful and keeps an eye on guests' needs. Menu and food served is of good quality and tasty. Neat clean environment over all.
