Read moreSo, the ambience is really good but I didn't went to enjoy the ambience, my basic requirement was to eat some best quality food, if we consider the price. So I ordered chicken biryani, wait 15 min approx then they bring the bowl covered with foil paper, looks really amazing, now come to the story: In my entire biriyani I found only a single piece of clove, and tons of spiced massala which is generally used in every kitchen to prepare chicken items but for sure not to prepare chicken biryani, I asked the waiter service person to taste it, it was so much spicy and tons of chilli powder inside, there was no smell of biriyani, ofcourse there was a peculiar smell from the chicken since they used pre cooked boiled chicken to prepare the biriyani, they didn't use, elaichi, dalchini, no ghee, no yougart, no kababchini, no rose esense, no kewda water, no saffron, no sahajira, nothing, then the waiter asked to prepare new one since the biriyani was really bad quality, but I said no because by the time I understood that they don't know how to prepare chicken biryani, so they will bring similar kind of chicken rice in name of biriyani. Actually they don't know how to prepare chicken biryani or any biriyani dishes, it was a steamed rice and boiled chicken cooked together for 5 mins at low flame with some ridiculous spiced gravy and chili powder and then sprinkle some onion breasta,
Just one word don't add such menu at your list, which you people can't be able to prepare, or learn first how to prepare it then try the same again and again atleast 30days , once you are confident that you leraned it properly they...
