Extremely Pathetic Staff.! Cheaters.! Would like to share my recent experience at DOMIN’S Shyamal Cross Road. I went there and placed an order of 1530 rupees for two pizza and Two Pepsi. At first he denied for Debit card payment then he gave me some wrong order like one regular and one Medium pizza. Then when i asked him he was like oh sorry sir the wrong pizza was given we’re making your medium pizza please have your ine pizza. Then I ordered taco and cheesy dip for which he first said sir we don’t serve single so i was like ok give me double.! He asked me for 190 rupees.! I gave him 200 rupees and he was like sir please wait there will give you change.! After a very long waiting he gave me Taco and cheesy dip and then manager came and returned me 10 rupees out of 200 that means he charged me 190 rupees.! Both time they didn’t gave me bill, neither he punched my number so I didn’t get the Message as well and then i was feeling like something is fishy hence i asked three times for bill. They were hesitating and then the ordering guy was looking at the Manager and then when I started complaining for their poor service they started giving me some silly reasons.! My intuitions were very true they we doing some cheating and hence they neither gave my bill nor they took debit card payment.! When they furnished the bill of 176 rupees i was like, when the bill is of 176 rupees why did you ask me for 190 Rupees and they he started giving some cheap reasons.! When i asked for customer care number he was like I don’t have it.! Why did you guys accepted my order. Secondly, even if you guys accepted the order, you shoulve informed me 10 or even 15 mins after my order was received. Id have ordered from somewhere else without leaving a bad review. On the app, it shows my order is “being baked” how the heck can it be baked when it is not even prepared yet? I feel like the 30 mins policy is just a marketing strategy at this point as the food shouldve been delivered within 30 mins but the restaurant is calling me after 45 mins stating my order cannot be prepared. The official number for the store is SWITCHED OFF. The guy called me from some other number!
Please fix your whatever machines are broken, fix your laggy app, stick to your freaking policy and have some courtesy to inform if your machines are not working within a reasonable amount of time, not after 45 freaking minutes?
Also, lastly, the guy who called was talking normally for a minute but after sometime he started talking to me in a high pitched voice whereas I was talking to him politely with reasonable arguments and even stating him with “sir” respectfully.
I can understand things might not work sometimes but there should be a manner how youre talking to your customer? Ive ordered from this restaurant previously as well, but this time was not a good experience.
I being a polite customer still ended the call saying I’ll manage and id have not even given this long review if he hadn’t disrespected me.

Read moreI place order at 8.20 pm and it was delivered at 9.15 to my place. I raised concern online, I asked for compensation and I was told that the store personnel will guide. But the number which I was given was switched off and delivery boy didn't connect me with concerned person. I already paid full amount online.and therefore asked to refund my compensation (amount will be decided by store personnel, I don't know why it is monopoly of theirs) online (the mode through which I paid money) but the delivery boy said that it will be credited in DOMINO'S WALLET only and no other mode is allowed while crediting the compensation to customer. I don't want to place order from Domino's, but I am being compelled to place an order by refunding some amount from my total spend to wallet. Or else I will have to forget that amount. Ridiculous!!!!
In continuation of above incident:
I got call back after a day from franchisee owner and I was told that he will give flat 300rs discount on my next order, all I need to do is just to call him after placing order and MOP should be COD. I called him up yesterday in the noon and asked how to place order. He said that he had already credited Rs 300 to my Domino's wallet some days back. Till date it is not received.
