I was somewhat annoyed at this, because she had been watching me studying the apparently superseded menu all the time, but had never said anything until it was time for me to order. However I said nothing and started looking through this other menu, while all of the time she was talking non-stop and explaining all of the other offers available, also handing me another little menu while she was talking. She was especially drawing my attention to the two pizzas for the price of one offer, and so deciding to take advantage of this, I ordered two of the same pizza, only for her to tell me that this offer did not apply that particular pizza. I believed she gave me the same reply to my next choice, but in the end I did manage to choose a pizza for which this offer applied, as well as some side dishes, such as cartons of potato wedges.
I then paid up and left, but on the drive home I felt sure that I had been overcharged for the side dishes I had ordered, because I was getting somewhat confused by the wide and somewhat bewildering variety of choices, the way that the two-for-one offer applied to some pizzas but not others, and the girl’s irritating and distracting non-stop chatter. It occurred to me that maybe this girl had been trained to serve customers in this way, given that Domino’s is an American company, and American retailers do make more of an effort to train their staff in the art of salesmanship than British retailers too, and one aspect of this (or so i thought at the time) may be to encourage customers to buy more and pay more than they had...
Read moreI have been a regular Domino’s customer for years, but my recent visit to this particular outlet was extremely disappointing. The taste of the pizza was just average — nothing remarkable. What truly shocked me, however, was the lack of cleanliness. The entire place was messy and sticky, with dirty floors and uncleared tables. It didn’t feel like a Domino’s at all — more like a neglected local eatery.
Domino’s is a reputed global brand, and it’s surprising how such an outlet is allowed to operate under its name. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially when it comes to food. If the dining area is so unhygienic, I genuinely fear the state of the kitchen. It’s hard to trust the hygiene of the food when the surroundings are this poor.
My overall satisfaction level was zero. It didn’t feel like I was dining at Domino’s, and I doubt I’ll be ordering from this outlet again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes urgent...
Read moreThis location feels more like a roadside dhaba than a professional Domino’s branch. ❌ The atmosphere is extremely poor ❌ No proper AC ❌ No cleanliness anywhere ❌ Washrooms are dirty and smell terrible ❌ Tables and floor are sticky and unclean
It honestly felt like sitting in a neglected corner of a village. Water was spilled everywhere, and the smell made it hard to stay and eat. It’s shocking that Domino’s allows such an outlet to operate under their name.
Looks like no senior staff or manager ever visits this place. Only the brand name is running – the service, hygiene, and management are completely missing.
📢 This outlet should either be relocated or shut down. It’s not suitable for families or even...
