I visited the Domino’s outlet at Sarthana Varachha and was quite disappointed with the experience. The interior is not well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt neglected. Some of the chairs were broken, which is both uncomfortable and a potential safety risk.

The service was also not up to the mark, with staff seeming indifferent to customer concerns. This is not the level of quality or care one expects from a brand like Domino’s.

I hope they take these issues seriously and improve the condition of the outlet for a better customer experience...

Very rude staff and unprofessional people here. They dont care for you. Just enjoying the brand reputation. This is the third time we are facing issue. I hated this store very much. And there is no one in counter, facing a lot issue in online order. Only 2 staff is running this franchise so everything is very much slow over here. Fighting with customers and they dont care for any customer. Very unprofessional and third quality service this opening is delivering. I request everybody try to avoid this store as much as possible and review them 1 star over all...
