Domino's Pizza | New Ranip, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with this Domino’s outlet. Every time I try to place a delivery order, it shows as "not delivering at the moment." Domino’s is known for delivery, so I don’t understand why this outlet even exists if it can’t fulfill basic delivery requests.

On top of that, the service is terrible. The last time I ordered, I specifically asked for 2 Cheese Burst pizzas, but they sent me hand-tossed ones instead. When I called to report the issue, the restaurant manager casually said they would "refund the balance amount." That’s unacceptable—I paid for what I wanted to eat, not a cheaper substitute.

The staff was unhelpful and claimed they were short-staffed, telling me to just eat what was sent. I called multiple times, and when I finally reached someone through the helpline, it only made the experience worse.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and makes some urgent improvements.

This is the worst dominos pizza shop in the world, which I know. The Atmosphere , the Service , The Food - everything is worst. I don't know why after a lots of bad reviews, Dominos MD/CEO is not taking action on this Franchise Store. Agar aise aise 4-5 store aur khul jayein, to dominos ko apni franchise Pizza Hut ko sell karni pad jayegi.. yaar kuch to achha khilao, or atleast take some knowledge about the reputation of Dominos store and take training of how to prepare pizza with the ingredients necessary as per the name given.. Ekdam bakwas hai. Don't go in this store.. there are so many option available in New Ranip. I have ordered Ind-Tanduri Paneer (Large) - the worst of ever...

This store is near by me, I went there several times. Yesterday I went to the store and what u found us attached in the images, everything is a mess, even though there was very few customer(1-2) they closed the dining at 10:30. When I conveyed to the staff (Anurag), he misbehaved and started teaching us about rules. I have been in restaurant line since 16 years, never seen such an uneducated, untrained, lofer type of behaviour. At last he said do whatever is in your capabilities.
