Eat & Meet family restaurant (Chinese&fancydosa&Punjabi) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Never ever visit this place. Food is pathetic quality. It is such a dirty place. Sofas and table have all food stuck up inside. They havent cleaned the floor or window or table chair since ages. Plates have food colour on it. Sweet lime soda had hair in it. We returned back. Paneer chilly dry was ok. Veg afghani was super spicy. Despite instruction they made it spicy. Dal fry they had forgotten to put salt. And it was too watery tasteless unhygenic. I feel i would fall sick eating here. Butter roti was ok. Nothing great. It was kind of raw. I never recommend anyone to eat their unhygenic unhealthy food. Basin u cant even go to wash hands. Water bottle was oily and dirty of food hands touched. We dint even open it. We returned back. Their spoon folk stand had papad and rotis pieces waste at below of stand. O my goodness. I cant even imagine why I ate here. Out of no option. I regret big time. we complained them for cleanliness. Please avoid going here. They should shut down such restaurant forever. Ac ofcourse werent working. Fans had no air. Pack close place. Feel anxiety sitting in such ambience. Ufff. We had an unfortunate experience during our first visit. The cashier lacked basic customer service skills, and the buffet setup was poorly managed. Despite being told the food was unlimited, many items were served cold, including Pasta and Chole. When we addressed this, we were told it was "supposed to be cold," which felt dismissive. The pizza limit wasn't clearly communicated, and upon requesting to parcel leftovers, we were rudely denied and charged for wastage without prior notice. This lack of clarity, combined with the cashier’s unprofessional behaviour, made for a very disappointing visit. Absolutely unhappy with quality. Ordered crispy dosa and they gave khakhra. Yeah, you read it right. They will serve you Khakhra. When I asked what's this? The manager told me that crispy comes like this only. These people have opened restaurant as per their own recipe and don't know how to cook crispy dosa.

Sambhar and Chutney were absolutely tasteless. In spite of request for medium spicy Singapore fried rice, they served extremely spicy item. Strongly recommend NOT TO go.
