The place has a nice ambience and looks promising at first glance, especially if you're looking for a calm setting to enjoy a meal. The food quality is actually quite good — flavors are well-balanced, and dishes are satisfying. However, the overall experience is seriously let down by the service.

The biggest issue is the poor service management. The wait staff seems completely disorganized — they don’t keep track of orders properly, and you have to keep reminding them about even basic items. For example, we had ordered 7 naan, but only 5 were served, and no one seemed to notice or bother until we pointed it out.

Simple items like roti or buttermilk took over 20 minutes to arrive — by which time, the sabji had gone cold. This kind of delay really ruins the flow of the meal. On top of that, we found ourselves constantly having to call someone over for follow-ups, which became frustrating.

Another downside is the very limited menu. For each category, you only get a handful of options — for instance, just 4–5 types of soups — so if you're someone who likes variety, you'll likely be disappointed.

This place is a complete and utter scam. Don't let the decor fool you; it's a polished trap designed to bleed your wallet dry. Their entire business model is built on deception, slapping you with outrageous hidden fees like a "floor charge" without any warning. They will lie to your face about the costs and then laugh all the way to the bank when they hand you the inflated bill. When I confronted the management with concrete proof of their fraudulent charges, they were arrogant and completely dismissive. They clearly have zero respect for their customers. It's painfully obvious that all the positive reviews are fake, a pathetic attempt to lure in more unsuspecting victims. And the food? A pathetic joke. The portions are laughably small, and the quality is mediocre at best. You're paying premium prices for a child's meal. It’s a total rip-off from start to finish. This establishment is a stain on Katargam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this corrupt place like the plague. Going here isn't just a waste of time and money; it's an insult to your intelligence. Let them go out...

I'm disappointed to report that my second visit to Epiquria restaurant was a letdown. Having previously enjoyed a five-star experience, I was shocked by the decline in quality.

The portion sizes had shrunk significantly, and the taste, while passable, lacked the wow factor I'd come to expect. But what really left a sour taste was the careless service. The sizzler sauce was dripping onto the floor from the plate, and a substantial amount of the sizzler gravy was wasted. What's more alarming is that the staff seemed completely apathetic about the mess.

My initial review praised the restaurant's high-quality food, albeit at a steep price. However, the service was always a weak point. Unfortunately, it seems that the quality has taken a hit as well.

Given the inconsistency in quality and the subpar service, I'm forced to revise my rating downward. Unless Epiquria addresses these issues, I would caution others...
