Disappointing Experience

I REGRET to say that our recent visit to FLAVOURS KA TADKA was nothing short of a disappointment.

Despite placing a specific order, we didn't received an upto the mark dish, highlighting a severe lapse in attention to customer requests. The customer service was appalling. The lack of attention to detail and the refusal to rectify the mistake showcased a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

We hope for improved service in the future, as this visit has certainly left us...
