Gangour — Restaurant in Gujarat

Order thrice chole bhture. After place order and take payment, they cancel the order. I was ordering since last 3 days I dont need spicy food i hv health issue I am happy that restaurant called me and asked me first for the same and send perfect order.

Next day order Add same instruction I order frankie which they send its tasteless and not fresh and not hot. It was not fresh. And other is sev puri which was too spicy. Jus eat one piece and i put both things in dustbin.

I did not eat. The food waste Because it was too spicy My money lost. So from now i ll not order anything.

Not happy. And when i complain about it They said we will let you know if anything we can do... So they dont care about your health...

Not a good experience unfortunately. The lady at the counter accepted the order without having any knowledge on the availability of the different menu items. Extremely poor customer service, after following up multiple times, and after 25mins, they are telling that the ordered dish is not available. Finally we had to compromise with some other dish. They don't have the courtesy to even apologize for the inconvenience they caused to their customer. Food is okay okay, not that great keeping in mind their high prices, they have increased the price on all dishes(high price than the one they have mentioned in their menu). I hope they improve their customer service because it's the only thing...

Must Try their Chat items...they are very Good in Them. . . Chhole Bhature,Pav Bhaji and Parantha items were Okayish...neither Too Good nor too Bad. . . . Plenty of Seating Facility indoor. . And their cleanliness was also very Good. . . They Are Slightly higher on Price but Given the Facility and Premise it is Justify able . . Also No one will come on your Table to take order. You have to order it on cash counter. Than Sit back and Wait till your order is prepared. Than you have to Go pick it up from the same counter. . This is a Good place to Come with childrens cause they definitely will like chaats. . And No place around here is as...
