Worst food quality ever! i ordered Dahi Kachori chaat & Kesariya Jalebi. There was almost "No Kachori" in "Dahi Kachori chaat" it was full of only Sprouts with a sprinkle of Sev on Dahi & nothing else! & Felt like just for formality they added a little imli chatni.. it was 70rs & the quantity was hardly 2-3 bites!! & "Kesariya Jalebi" a trash of 4 jalebis for 60rs.. sirf kesariya rang tha usme taste nhi!! It was shedding colour everywhere full vibrant yellow with lots of unpleasant ghee smell.. the food was really deserving to be thrown in Dustin.. but we respect what we eat that's why didn't throwed it.. worst part the owner was not ready to accept the mistake about Dahi Kachori i even showed him the plate with almost no kachori in it.. he denied by implying that it's made this way only rather than improving it! Plus the staff was rude specially the Guy who makes Dahi Kachori. All i want to say is I'm a hard core foodie.. Dahi Kachori Chaat is my most favourite thing.. & Gangour.. They just spoiled my whole good mood day with such 3rd grade food quality.. really very disappointed. If your taking over price money for everything then atleast serve good quality!! Less quantity is accepted in some case but atleast maintain...

We had to update our review because the service deteriorated.

They brought us paneer tikka that was cold. When we sent it back, they gave it to another customer beside us.

They rejected it too and then they just reheated it in the microwave and served it to them. It was a terrible experience.

"Gangour" one of the best loved place for food lovers. They have huge variety of traditional as well as modern food items. Best place if you're looking for a diverse menu and a quiet dining area.

Although their foods were tastiest, this time it felt little bit lower. We ordered "Paneer Tikka" , it wasn't tasted good. We enjoyed same item many times in past but at this time it was not...

Been coming for years, since it opened. But now the service, pricing and quantity is just the worst. I was here with my foreign relatives for them to have pani puri, and then later had other items while sitting but we saw a cockroach on the seat after a while. The shikanji is priced for Rs.50 and the quantity is so so less, like literal 2 sips. The Dahi Puri was just 4 pieces and doesn't taste good anymore, only sweet. I'm complaining here as it is a franchise and the person working there said they can't do anything about it but only the owners. I would request you to try your own food at different locations and understand if you really think the taste and quantity is worth what you are...
