Geetha Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Unfortunately there are restaurants which don't know the meaning of good cooking and also customer service. My experience at other Geetha restaurant in the city was good perhaps the manager plays a vital role for any restaurant. I was travelling to delhi along with my husband and we ordered idli, dosa and coffee at the restaurant. Idli was nice and soft but the quality of coconut chatni and dosa was awful. Dosa was over salted and chatni was not fresh. We politely asked the manager named UPENDRA SINGH to taste the chatni and sabji inside the dosa. The manager didn't care and couldn't take the feedback positively. The manager got into an argument, seeing this another customer also supported us for the quality of food. We wonder restaurant chains like Geetha can hire such unprofessional managers who are extremely bad at taking...

A very beautiful restaurant inside the airport before the departure gate on the first floor. The ambiance is nice so are the exteriors. There are limited seating hence it gets overcrowded during lunch hours.

There are also high chairs available. There are a variety of food items available from continental to south Indian. They also have lunch, mini lunch as well as veg biriyani. One can also pack the food for onward journey.

Came here while I was at Surat airport and by the looks of it itself the first impression is a positive one. Good seating arrangements but they could have a larger facility as it was crowded when I went.

I tried the panner toast sandwich, which was an entire cube of panner with grated cheese and went well with Tomato ketchup. The mango lassi was served fridge cold with actual mango pulp inside and was very thick and sweet. Felt perfect.
