Disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. Requested cleaning twice before we could comfortably eat our locho. Additionally, the packaging for the ready-to-eat packets we purchased for takeaway was inadequate. They provided just one bag, making it difficult to secure, and when requesting an extra bag or string, they charged an extra rupees. Specifically requested 16 packets of American Treat falooda, but received 16 rose falooda instead. Now when we are calling for this problem they are not receiving our call.
