Gujju Haveli Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Very bad experience. We 2 persons, waited about 10-15 minutes for our table. Ordered Fulka Roti, Baingan Bharta, Rajwadi Khichdi Kadhi. After about 10 minutes, they served roti and the bharta. We reminded them for Khichdi Kadhi. We waited for further 15 minutes, a waiter came with finger bowl. In between 3 waiters asked us what we want, we told them about the Khichdi Kadhi. Again another waiter came with finger bowl. We again asked them to cancel the order if not available. They suggested to wait 2 minutes. After 5 minutes a waiter came with only khichdi without kadhi. We asked him about kadhi. He said kadhi is not available. They advised us to cancel the order if khichdi not required. We surprised and cancelled the Khichdi. And we MOST SURPRISED when they charged us for Rajwadi Khichdi Kadhi which was never served. ON INQUIRY, they asked us to pay for Roti and bharta only. We wasted more than 1 hour time here and they never feel to say sorry. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience with Gujju Haveli restaurant. They have very limited variety of food

Name catches me with thought that they have traditional Gujarati dishes. I got disppointed as very limited dishes available.

Ambience of restaurant gives me vibes of rajsthan more than Gujarat and Haveli to bilkul nahi thi.

Over all if you are not much hungry and not looking for treat to tastebuds then it may satisfy you, but I doubt if it may fill your cravings.

To the owners please don't take it otherwise but there is lot of scope of improvement. We have scarcity of good Kathiyavadi restaurant nearby.

Very happy to have chosen this restaurant. Went specifically to get sizzler as they aren't much available within restaurants of Jahangirpura.

It took good 20 min or so to get the food and it was delicious, fresh. The dining area was hygienic and the view towards canal crossroads was also lovely. I had a nice time with family and the quantity was also sufficient. The charges felt a bit high, but given the quality experience and fantastic food, I would gladly pay here for such...
