What to say being on Gujarat Rajsthan border I expected a lot from HONEST but it turn out to be my worst experience. I visited it on Sunday which was a busy day for them as I saw it was almost running full when we reached but as I stayed there I saw more than 5 customers leaving with all food on table complaining about raw cottage cheese or raw breads and all. As we were hungry we decided to have a lunch and then we saw how unhygienic it was to be there. In family AC section many seat leathers were torn completely. Waiters were sweating and serving with hands. I ordered some milk at start for my kid but it didn't came even in one hour. Then when I went to corner they told it was never ordered and started fighting within themselves. Another bad news was raw food. Veg Kadai only had raw vegetables with boiled water and some kind of weird smell to it. Panner Tikka Masala was made without using tandoor all paneer was crushed like raw and given with veg gravy. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Honest Restaurant in Shamlaji and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. As a pure veg hotel, the restaurant caters to a variety of dietary preferences and offers a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The menu has something to suit every taste, from hearty curries and rice dishes to lighter salads and sandwiches.

Honest, till there are no options!

The Good. Situated on the highway. We were going from Udaipur to vadodara and as we were cruising along the super highways, we thought of having breakfast post rajasthan border. This is roughly 6kms away from border. Adequate parking space available. Decent food - nothing great and nothing terrible. Service was good as they were prompt in delivering orders though a couple of customers has their own set of issues.

The Bad. Couple of food options weren't available. For the price charged, it wasn't really value for money.

The Ugly. Toilet! Horrendous is the word. While males can do away with even a small unhygienic place, for females this was simply terrible!
