Read moreI recently dined at the Honest Restaurant and had a generally positive experience, warranting a four-star rating. Here's what stood out about my visit:
Pauw Bhaji: The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Pav Bhaji. It was flavorful, well-spiced, and the pav was perfectly buttered and toasted. The dish delivered that authentic and comforting taste I was hoping for, making it a memorable part of the dining experience.
Pulao: The Pulao was another solid choice. While not extraordinary, it was well-cooked, and the flavors were pleasant. It served as a satisfying accompaniment to the rest of the meal.
Friendly Service: The staff at Honest Restaurant were friendly and attentive. They were quick to take our orders and were accommodating when we had questions or special requests.
However, there were a few areas where Honest Restaurant fell slightly short:

Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance was decent, but it didn't have any particular charm or character. A bit more attention to decor and atmosphere could enhance the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Honest Restaurant delivered a satisfying meal, particularly with their Pav Bhaji and Pulao. While there's room for improvement in terms of ambiance and the lassi's uniqueness, it's a reliable choice for those seeking classic Indian flavors in a casual...

Firstly there was no place to sit in the hotel. All the big tables were booked. We sat on a small table. We did not find it comfortable so we came to the big table. The behaviour of the staff was so bad. One of them said, you are sitting here, you are sitting there, what are you people doing? Hey, we are not eating for free, we have to pay money, friend! We had ordered Punjabi thali. We had fixedly ordered four thali. All the food was cold except the plain bread. From today onwards I am not going to go to a hotel to waste my money. I request all the customers who stop at Limdi to keep their senses in this hotel, why do you want to waste your money? At least the food is cold, we Gujarati people will eat it, but I don't understand this behavior of the hotel staff. I am never going to stay at this hotel again. The honesty that I had from Honest...
