Hotel Namaste — Restaurant in Gujarat

Poor management, pathetic staff response, other customer used utensils serving to customers, billing counter bigest scam to owner & sometime to customer.

1.) Almost 9 table occupied and still few tables are vacant, but order taking by staff is almost 30-35 mins. Also when you asked about any dish detail they un aware.

2.) Manger himself confused where to handle

3.) All staff are in surprise ye kisko Dena Hai which is asking on other customer's table. It means they do not have i formation from counter or in kitchen.

4.) Food quality : Only Pav Bhaji is good but Misal pav is pathetic response, in menu showing something & served partially. Also unwashed utensils are being served.

5.) While you will ask about partially served dish then other things are chargeable (Generally in misal pav served with Pav, Milan, farshan and onion salad) here you need to pay other chargeable for namkeen & misal masala.

6.) Billing counter - As per billing counter billing amount is approax 650 where as per our count it is 945 Rs. Infront of us there are customers are also informing that hamne ye bhi khaya tha. Iska bill pending hai. Also after rasing queries & asking for justification these shameless people asking for payment & also not regret for such incindence.

Overall Not recommended, I think owner should seat at premises or close the business as these fellows are...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite the heat, the air conditioning was deliberately kept off. Even worse, after we had already started eating, a staff member came over and told us to change tables because they would not be turning on the AC. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of consideration for guests’ comfort.

A restaurant should prioritize the experience of its diners — and that includes a comfortable environment, especially in hot weather. Being asked to move mid-meal just to avoid giving us basic amenities like AC is both unprofessional and rude.

Definitely not coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values decent service and basic...

Pathetic food.I would have given zero rating but that is not in review criteria.We ordered Paper Masala Dosa, Masala Dosa and Manchurian fried rice. Firstly,Batter of Dosa was that sour that wasn't edible. Sambhar was only boiled dal,chutney was none less than water and masala was tasteless.

Talking about Manchurian fried rice,No veggies in manchurian only maida pakoda were there.

On top of all this they don't provide bill also and staff along with owner tried their best to prove that what they serve is of best quality.

Seriously,hopeless...
