I went there for dinner with my friend (total 2 person) 20/04/2025, we wanted spicy starters and soup the guy who taking order he suggest us paneer chilli, (i think he had that in kitchen readymade already that's why he suggest)we agree and then soup came, before finishing half of the soup they given us paneer chilli cold and look like someone else's unfinished just rearrange and tasteless food not even little bit spicy, they're serving to us i check food and i told them to make it good and hot, but no changes , just one piece was hot after change we didn't eat and told them to take it back, we lost all appetite bcs of this and other paneer butter masala sabji i ordered that was not good enough taste compared to price, starter price is high and not good quality, sabji and soup price also high as compared to quality and taste, i would not recommend this place, never. I left that place hungry myself nd my frnd and totally wasted 785₹. Worst food experience ever...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your restaurant recently, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The way your staff and management handled our visit was completely unacceptable. We were treated with unnecessary rudeness, and it was made clear that the staff's priority was not providing good customer service but enforcing policies without logical reasoning.

We understand that policies are important, but when they make customers feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, it’s not a good reflection of the restaurant’s values. It’s disheartening to be treated as though we shouldn’t be able to eat or share our food as we see fit, especially when we’re paying customers.

I would urge management to reassess these policies and focus on customer service, which should always come first. A restaurant’s purpose is to make people feel welcomed and valued, not to make them feel like their money isn’t worth the service...

Superb experience.... Love the food best facilities.....I recently dined at Sher E Punjab Restaurant in Maninagar and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was simply outstanding! From the appetizers to the entrees, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met throughout the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very welcoming and comfortable, making it the perfect place for a casual dinner or a special occasion.
