My recent visit to Hotel Sona was nothing short of disappointing. I regret to say that the overall experience left much to be desired, earning the establishment a one-star rating across the board:

We used to visit this place for masala idli but as it got old, the taste also got changed! Very poor management and communicative skill of entire staff and the owner. Once we went there and family sitting next to our table was talking too loudly so we asked the manager to change our place. But instead, he asked us to cancel our order!!
