Kahvë - The Coffee House and Eatery — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have always visited Kahve consistently and am very happy with the food but yesterday I went into the restaurant on a weekend... After my group of 3 people entered, 2 more groups of 6-8 people entered. We sat at a table and were given the menu after which we called the staff multiple times to order but no one bothered to come. We waited for almost 10 minutes and no one came to take our order. Finally a staff member, Umesh, came and carried away an empty chair at iur table for another group of people to sit. We asked him to take our order again and he told us to wait again. No matter how long we waited there, no one bothered to attend to us, where as the big groups were given enough and more of attention even though they were not ready to order. We finally got up and left in front of the staff who did not even bother to ask us why we were leaving and instead they carried off the chairs that we were sitting on for the bigger groups. This is so shameful especially for a restaurant that is trying to establish itself. If you do not want smaller groups to visit our of your preference is bigger groups for more orders and business, then please mention so and we can avoid the hassle of coming this far. This is beautiful Café on Mumbai - Ahmedabad highway. Something that was missing on this 500 kms road. The food is good. I would love to be at this place with friends or family around evening time and just talk endlessly about life decisions 🤔😁. The ambience is well designed.

*Just a suggestion to the owners- Since the biscuits and other confectionaries are kept in jars on the billing counter, it gives a wrong notion to the customers that they are complimentary and one may be lured to take some extra out of the jars (since it's our typical Indian "thing" ), just to know later that it was billed. Also since there's no actual value addition to those biscuits from your end, I believe it will be ethical to sell it at MRP and not at some seller's utopian prices!
