Kaka Ni Bhajipav & Fast Food — Restaurant in Gujarat

I would like to share my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing in several aspects: Service Issues: I had to ask for regular water seven times before it was finally brought to my table. When the water did arrive, it was full of impurities. After pointing this out, the staff replaced it, but the new water was still not satisfactory. Ultimately, I had to request bottled water instead. Food Quality: I ordered the chili garlic noodles, but they were not authentic at all. As shown in the photo I shared, there was no noticeable difference in taste between the regular noodles and the chili garlic noodles. It seemed as though the only change was the addition of garlic, simply to justify the name. We ended up not eating this dish. However, there were some positive aspects as well: Dosa: The dosas were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Simaran and garlic paper dosa, both of which were delicious. Ambiance: The ambiance and environment of the restaurant were visually pleasing and created a great atmosphere. Please consider this as constructive feedback. Don’t know about food but these people are very unprofessional. After seeing their reviews I can say it with confidence that all these reviews are fake and given by his own people and not the end consume. On cash counter employees gossiping. guy who suppose to take orders busy in his own world. After sitting on table for 10 minutes nobody taking orders. forget orders no menu card provided. When I asked at counter whether it’s a self service restaurant. His reply utterly bullshitt…. Asking “kaha pe baithe ho” …with such arrogant reply ..I decided immediately to leave the place. I wonder how nonsense people get into restaurant business here in Surat. This happens when ppl running tapri get into restaurant...
