Kansar Gujarati Thali — Restaurant in Gujarat

Ago it was the only place I preferred, but by time don't know why everything is changed, Firstly the food, I ordered: 1 mini tiffin and 1 travelling pack. (Take-out)

According to their menu the mini tiffin order contains; (costs 400/-) 4 pc of sweet, 2 type of farsan (4 piece each), 2 type of vegetables, 12 roti, dal rice , 2 papad and pickle .

But what I got is; 4 pc of sweet, 2 type of farsan (2-3 extremely small piece of idla and small-small vada), 2 type of vegetables (vegetables kum oil jyada)(literally there is half of it is filled with oil as given in below pic), 12 roti (half cooked, hard to chew), dal rice (dal is okish), 2 papad (a small amount of broken pieces of papad; can't even consider as one), and pickle (which they didn't give me) But they taken full charge of 400 for this mini tiffin .

And the travelling pack costs you 160/- and they give you literally small container of food which are shown in image given below.

Not at that great...

We had a very bad experience today when we went to Kansar L P Savani restaurant today for Birthday celebration. Restaurant atmosphere was good and staff welcome us very well too. As soon as we started having our food we saw two mouse running behind the glass window. We were horrified to learn that behind the glass window there was a Kansar kitchen and store??? I complained the manager that If customers can see the mouse running around what could be inside the kitchen and store?? what could be the hygiene level in kitchen? I will definitely not visit this restaurant again nor recommend my family or friends. I will complain to food and hygiene. Kansar is just a big name but hygiene wise worse that eating lary food on footpaths. In fact eating on lary is more hygienic as you can see the preparation in front...

We reached to the restaurant 30 minutes before its closing time. We were only two person but they did not place us before all other parties who came after us. Finally, after 35 minutes of waiting we got our sits but than there were some group of guest who were standing in the walkway so we were not served food another 10 minutes. After that we decided to simply leave and when I informed them about it they were completely fine with it. The service has gone down immensely. The staff is not vigorous enough to ask other guest to leave or sit outside in waiting area so that other members to not get disturb. The person who was noting down the waiting list was biased on another level. He let other couples and families in first even though they came after us.
