मैं हाल ही में इस रेस्टोरेंट में गया और एक बहुत ही साधारण भोजन — रोटी और आलू जीरा ऑर्डर किया। पहले ही निवाले में समझ आ गया कि खाना बेहद खराब गुणवत्ता का है — बेस्वाद, अधपका और बिल्कुल बिना किसी ध्यान के तैयार किया गया।

मैंने वह डिश कैंसिल की और दोबारा आलू जीरा मंगवाया, यह सोचकर कि शायद पहली बार गलती से ऐसा हो गया हो, लेकिन दूसरी बार भी खाना उतना ही खराब था — न उसमें नमक था, न मसाला, और न ही कोई ताजगी।

जब मैंने शांति से रेस्टोरेंट के मालिक या मैनेजर को फीडबैक देने की कोशिश की, तो उनका व्यवहार बेहद रूखा और अहंकारी था। उन्होंने कहा: "अगर आपने आलू जीरा ऑर्डर किया है तो वही मिलेगा — हम उसमें नमक या मिर्च नहीं डालेंगे।"

यह व्यवहार न केवल असभ्य था, बल्कि ग्राहक संतुष्टि की पूरी तरह से अनदेखी भी।

मेरा ईमानदारी से सुझाव है: कृपया इस रेस्टोरेंट में न जाएं। अगर आप यहां खाना खाने का सोच रहे हैं, तो बेहतर है कि वो पैसे दान कर दें — कम से कम किसी ज़रूरतमंद के काम आएंगे।

इस तरह के रेस्टोरेंट जो घटिया खाना परोसते हैं और ग्राहकों की कद्र नहीं करते, उन्हें बंद हो जाना चाहिए।

ખૂબ જ નીચી ગુણવત્તાનું ભોજન અને મેનેજરનું અસભ્ય વર્તન

હું તાજેતરમાં આ રેસ્ટોરન્ટમાં ગયો હતો અને એકદમ સરળ ડીશ — રોટલી અને આલૂ જીરા મંગાવ્યું હતું. પહેલાંના એક ચમચી નાં ખોરાકમાં જ સમજાઈ ગયું કે ભોજનની ગુણવત્તા અત્યંત ખરાબ છે — સ્વાદહીન, યોગ્ય રીતે ન બનેલું અને સંપૂર્ણ બેદરકારીથી બનાવેલું.

મેં આ ડીશ રદ કરી અને બીજી વખત ફરીથી આલૂ જીરા મંગાવ્યું, વિચાર્યું કે કદાચ પહેલા ભૂલથી બન્યું હશે — પરંતુ બીજી વખત પણ ભોજન એટલું જ ખરાબ હતું — તેમાં મીઠું, મસાલો કે કોઈ તાજગી જ નહોતી.

જ્યારે મેં રેસ્ટોરન્ટના માલિક અથવા મેનેજરને શાંતિથી ફીડબેક આપવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો ત્યારે તેમના વલણમાં અત્યંત અહંકાર અને અસભ્યતા દેખાઈ. તેઓએ મને કહેલું: "તમે જો આલૂ જીરા ઓર્ડર કરેલું હોય તો એજ મળશે — અમે કોઈ મીઠું કે મરચું ઉમેરી નથી આપતા."

આ વર્તન માત્ર અભદ્રતાનું değil, પણ ગ્રાહકની કદર ન કરતી દુકાનનું દ્રષ્ટાંત છે.

મારું વિવેકભર્યું સૂચન છે: કૃપા કરીને આ રેસ્ટોરન્ટથી દૂર રહો. જો અહીં જવાનું વિચારતા હોવ તો એ પૈસા દાન કરી દો — ઓછામાં ઓછું કોઈ માટે કામ લાગશે.

આવા રેસ્ટોરન્ટો જેઓ ખરાબ ભોજન આપે છે અને ગ્રાહકોની અવગણના કરે છે, તેઓ વેપાર કરવા યોગ્ય નથી.

Extremely Poor Food Quality & Rude Behavior by Management

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a very simple dish — Roti and Aloo Jeera. To my surprise, the very first bite was enough to understand that the food was of extremely poor quality — tasteless, poorly cooked, and clearly made with no care.

I canceled the dish and re-ordered Aloo Jeera again, thinking it might have been a one-off issue, but unfortunately, the second attempt was just as bad — lacking salt, spice, and basic freshness.

When I tried to give polite feedback to the owner/manager, the response was shockingly rude. I was told, “If you ordered Aloo Jeera, you will get only that — no salt or chili will be added by our end.” This reflects not only a lack of professionalism but also a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

My sincere advice: Avoid this restaurant. If you’re considering eating here, donate that money instead — at least it will bring value to someone.

Restaurants like this that serve substandard food and treat customers with disrespect do not deserve to stay...

I have booked krishna restaurant banquet hall for birthday party. At the time of booking, they are very humble & mannered. But Its really horrible experience at the time of birthday party. They always disturbed us in between party & refused to serve starter, delayed in welcome drinks & finally after just finished the party, they are demanding the whole bill in cash, they don't allow cards, only cash. At last they made me helpless & demanding cash. I ll file RTO against this, then they ll have to give answer. They have just pasted that due to technical error, cards not accepted. For tax saving, they are demanding cash. They have cheated me. I suggest all the people of mehsana specially educated family, pls don't visit there. They are just interested in your money, they are very misbehaved & rude people. It was my first & last...
