I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khistji Restaurant and Banquets, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff.

The staff members are not focusing on serving the quality food and services but they are more focused on their closing time. I went with my employees (25 people) at 1:30pm for lunch. We opted for unlimited package. They started serving soups and starters after half n hour from when we ordered. All my team members were having starters and they served main course without even asking and when we demanded one more starter after they served main course, they simply denied saying starter cannot be served after main course where we haven't asked to serve main course yet. In main course, the roti were so hard. Fried noodles in soup were from the stock before lockdown I guess.

At 2:42pm, after having main course, they served rice and daal even though we only finished 1 roti per person, and started asking "ma'am aap logo ko aur rice chahie iske baad". I said, "bhaiya, sir par mat chad jao, at least khane do". They kept saying "closing time hai ab aapko kuch nahi milega". I said, "aapko hume enter hone se pehle bolna tha aur aapne hume 30 mins wait karvaya soup aur starter ke bich me to hum kya kare? ". Manager said, "hum kuch nahi kar sakte abhi closing time hai". I added I'll give you 1 star rating on Google and never come again and they said "aapki marzi na aana ho to, aapko jo rate karna hai kar do". Food ko kya ghas dale jab customer satisfaction level hi na ho. We paid ₹4242, and we were denied to order food kyuki ye log to stock market run karte hai na ki inka closing time aa jata hai before 3pm. I will never organise any corporate lunch or dinner in Kshitij...
