La Milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Gujarat

This review is based on my first time visit only.

When it comes to a restaurant, several factors, such as Food Quality, Customer Service, Hygiene and Miscellaneous aspects matter a lot.

FOOD QUALITY

I ordered the classic pizza, Jalapeno and Mushrooms, and the pizza turned out to be as good as expected from this flashy🌟 looking restaurant. The pizza base was soft and easy to chew from every side, even after I started eating pizza after several minutes of its delivery to my table. So plus ✨ point here.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I approached at the counter and took an advice about the pizza options, they were responisve and attentive enough to answer my queries. They smiled appropriately and showed welcoming gesture. 🎉

I visited the place in a rush hour, and they were quick enough to deliver the food at my table in considerably good amount of time, so that was a good experience. (Anyways, who wants to wait longer when it comes to pizza 😀)

HYGIENE

The employees were promptly cleaning the table after customers leaving the place and maintaining the same layout of table and it's cutlery across the entire restaurant 👍, which gave conisistent ambience. Also, I like how they peculiarly kept the tissue papers on a table so as to make it easy to pull out each tissue paper without pulling others accidently.

Every server wore mask and was well dressed.

MISCELLANEOUS ASPECTS

A bottle of tomato catchup was already there on a table, but still they provided a sachets of catchup in case some customers care too much about hygiene amid this Covid scenario. So job well done ✅. I belive that's the reason the brand of the tomato catchup was different and not of La Milano.

Generally, I write the last paragraph about some suggestions, but I don't see any reason to write now, because my first experience was good. Let's see if I can come up with any suggestions after my second visit...

This place opened this week and I had to check out their food. The store is located on the popular 150 feet ring road with ample parking space just outside. The interior is bright and modern and the ambiance is very casual and upscale - the perfect place to go for a family celebration or a date. The staff is very attentive and service is fast and professional. I ordered two pizzas and both were delicious: a combination of a solid light thin base, generous quantity of fresh toppings, sauces and cheese. With a perfectly gooey chocolatey filling and balanced sweetness, the chocolava cake was amazing as well! The prices are very reasonable and probably cheaper than other similar places in Rajkot (they are also running promotions offering great deals). They have a wide ranging menu with pizzas, pastas, quesedillas and other Italian/mexican side dishes that I will surely go through over time - this is one new restaurant to watch out and will be a crowd...

The pizzas are as same as of the LA Pinoz. May be if you are fan of LA pinoz, you might not find it as good as that.

We usually go with the online order while sitting in the Cafe. But this time we ordered it online as it was like BUY 1 GET 1 FREE if ordered of LA Milano App.

For other branches in Rajkot or Ahmedabad they allow us to do that. But here they were like no we don't allow that and they argued alot.

We even asked to cancel the order but they refused to do so.

We were little upset with such kind of attitude and service.

As for the pizza, we ordered Cheese Heven and Peri Peri Pizza. Both were good.

I must not say that LA Milano is not good coz of this situation we faced, but definitely worth to consider if you are planning to go in this particular brand in Rajkot.
