Worst app experience ever. I placed an order to my location, and it initially said the location wasn’t acceptable. I tried again using the same address, and it still showed the same error: “This location is not acceptable.”

Then, strangely, a few minutes later my order was suddenly accepted. After waiting for a long time with no updates, I called the outlet—no one picked up. I eventually gave up and ate something else.

Half an hour later, I got a call from a delivery person saying he had my order ready. But how is that even possible when the app never showed the order as dispatched? It feels like something suspicious is going on. It seems like the staff might be involved in shady practices—perhaps avoiding delivery intentionally and just calling customers later, pretending the order is ready.

Had I prepaid, they could’ve easily blamed me and canceled the order with no refund. Luckily, I chose COD, so I didn’t lose any money. Still, this is unacceptable. This outlet should be shut down immediately. The staff’s attitude is extremely poor, and they have no sense of how to run a business. Instead of respecting customers, they behave rudely and unprofessionally.

The Food & Safety Department must inspect this outlet at the earliest and take strict action. People with such behavior and standards do not deserve to be in the food business.
