Never take ur family there if you are expecting a good eat out time specially with ur kids. No doubt it's spacious but It's a place for youngsters to just hang out and eat on the go. Main highlights -

No courtesy, seemed as if we were being a burden on them, it was extremely unwelcoming attitude.

Most of the dine-in tables were dirty, had to request for cleaning and that too was done shabbily.

The toilet and the washbasin were full of tobacco spits, all the drain nets were coming out and dirty water was dripping everywhere

One main AC was having water dripping issue and we had to request them to switch on the other one. They themselves were not at all customer-friendly.

No cutlery , no bowls. No plates, It might be step towards environment but even the basics were not taken care of.

Extremely insensitive experience!!!

I repeat, it might be liked as a casual hangout place for youngsters but a BIG NO as a place for family.

Worst experience ever! Their staff is so bad mannered that they dont know how to talk with the customer! Yesterday we went to this place and asked them add about bogo everyday which lapinoz was running during navratri and we juz asked about it but there was a guy in white shirt told us that you people dont know how to read!! Like means what ? Is this a way to talk to a customer, And the ad was literally there on the screen still,we were not there for freebees but we juz wanted to know about the offer! We already paid for the order but that person was so rude that he was continuously denying about the post they were showing on screen! And we told them what is this behaviour,? We left the place without eating they didnt even bother to say sorry and they let us go! The worst...

Never order at this place. Not satisfied at all. Reasons are many

1. I ordered cheezy 7 and they delivered paneer tikka masala in place of it
2. replacement took too much time (more then 90 minutes while original order took only 20 minutes) .I had to call there many times for taking replacement. This shows that they are not taking their mistake seriously.
3. Everytime I call, waiting time to connect the line is too long. It seems that they don't have enough strength for receiving calls.
4. All 3 pizza had same ingredients. Cheezy Mac veg.,Peri-Peri and Paneer tikka masala. It's annoying. All 3 pizzaa were same.
