La Pinoz Pizza Waghodia Road — Restaurant in Gujarat

This is covid distribution centre. There is no sanitization. Staff moves around without masks while serving order. The thermometer and sanitizer have been kept on entry as props. No body does temperature checks. It's an open walkthrough. This place can be a big contributor os spreading of covid 19 virus in Waghodia road. Infact inside the store there is no social distancing between tables.

With regards to offers, they don't acknowledge the standard offer by the company and let u redeem it only on a certain category. This category is 620 inclusive of taxes for a medium size pizza. The GST charges are 5.08% against the standard govt charges of 5%. While the difference may look subliminal and is a matter of 50 ps per order of 590 but looking at the volume of orders it's extra cash for the company. The rounding off is understandable in case of cash payments but in card payments there is a provision to take the exact charge. For every 200 orders they make 100 RS extra on an average, which turns out to be 3000 on a monthly basis which is approximate cost of 6 pizzas. That's revenue of 6 pizzas without even selling them, while they make their customers stand outside the store after taking money, don't provide tissues with order, no carry bags, no sanitization at the store.

For take away orders they don't allow you to be seated in the store and make you stand outside with delivery boys of food aggregator apps. (Don't intend to demean the delivery boys but they are there to pick up the order and have to be on the go, while a customer has specifically come to place the order and wait time is higher comparitively, also a customer is there for experience after paying from his own pocket).

The whole 1+1 is a gimmick and the store is just interested in minting money without providing any service. The offer is apparently valid only on speciality veg category and not on exotic veg or premium veg at this store, which implies that this particular category is specially designed for the offer and could be substandard to a normal pizza at this outlet.

No tissues are provided neither any bags for takeaway order.

The quality of pizza is 30-40% of what other international brands provide. The crust is hard chewy in nature and the toppings are quite less and cheese is almost absconding.

While the offers are same for take away and dine in, the seating is available only for dine in. A dine in customer would roughly spend an hour consuming food, while a takeaway one would spend only 15-20 mins, so it's beyond my understanding why wouldn't they allow customers to be...

Pros:

1. Cheese burst pizza is good in taste.
2. Unlike other pizza outlets, they charge GST only on food prepared by them. They don't charge GST on cold drinks. Cons:
3. Cost of Spring Frill pizza with cheese burst as on 27 February 2022 is ₹330 which is very very high when you compare the complete unlimited package offered in the Octane Pizza.
4. Free drinking water is not provided which is bad practice for a restaurant.
5. Washbasin is in the laterine.

Overall one should avoid this restaurant because in the same price, you get more things in Octane Pizza. Many things at Octane Pizza are worst. But out of many things, even if you get 3 to 4 things good, it becomes better deal as all the things are provided...

I ordered from Parul University and usually it takes about half and hour but today when I ordered it said that the delivery guy already arrived but when I called him he said that he thought someone traced so he changed the location but no one was there. When I called the outlet they said the order got with wrong delivery man and the right one is already on the way so when I called him he talked very rudely and said that I’m very far and didn’t even picked it and there is nothing he can do about it and didn’t even pick our calls and it will take even more time even though outlet said something else. Very bad experience even the pizza got really cold. We waited for more...
