La Pizza Treno — Restaurant in Gujarat

Seeing from outside it just looks good but it is not yet reached to stage where i can give 4-5 stars for service as well as for taste of food.

The boys looks too new who have never worked else any where and even does not understand what i was telling or asking him to do. The manager has to see this thing as it is not acceptable at any cost as few boys were absent minded or look untrained.

The train concept is excellent but the execution is not good. Boys were not able to meet the demand of pizza or any other food items like soda(not that fresh as it should be), starter(not hot), variety of pizza, garlic bread, etc.

Need to improve a lot bcz the concept is unique and everyone are actually attracted towards it but the execution spoil...

Y experience was too bad about the service. They are serving unlimited food but most of the time the buckets are empty and we have to ask multiple times to fill it. I waited almost 30 to 40ins for my favorite salad. It ses like we have to bag them for each item, which is too bad for any person. Also their staff is not friendly. Too much attitude they have.

I personally request the franchise owner to look into...

Good quality of food. Best place to enjoy for some time with family and take dinner there. Best place to take some good photos. Vande bharat train view created. The bad thing is that few items are in food in comparison to other unlimited food restaurants in surat. But still, it's the best place to take...
