This place is a total disappointment and an embarrassment to the brand name it represents. If you’re expecting even the bare minimum of a decent dining experience — save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Let’s break it down:

Pathetic Service: The staff looked lost, uninterested, and completely untrained. No greetings, no courtesy, just blank faces and long waiting times.

Menu Scam: Unlike their other branches, this one barely had anything to offer. No ice cream, no barbeque starters, no cold drinks, no salads, no sweets. What kind of buffet even dares to call itself that with this joke of a menu?

Whatever Was Available = Disaster: Whatever few items they had were either cold, tasteless, or outright stale. The food quality was shameful and presentation? Non-existent.

Only Good Things? The water, Coca-Cola, and the mukhvas (mouth freshener) at the end of the meal — that’s it. The rest is better dumped than served.

This branch should honestly be shut down or rebranded as a punishment for customers. It feels like a budget mess hall disguised as a restaurant. Never stepping foot here again and highly recommend others stay far away

You mentioned that the pricing here is lower than your Adajan branch — but honestly, price was never the issue.

I’ve visited your Adajan branch multiple times and had a genuinely good experience. The variety, taste, freshness, and service were always on point — and I had no problem paying more for that quality. So naturally, I expected a similar standard here too. Unfortunately, what we got was far from it.

Sure, we can understand limited options if that’s your model here — but what about:

Cold, stale food?

Poor taste and presentation?

No sweets, no drinks, no barbeque, no salad, nothing to complete the meal?

Even worse, the person managing the food counter was rude and careless. We asked him over 10 times — politely — to serve hot food. He just nodded and walked away every single time. That’s not service, that’s straight-up ignorance.

Arguing about lower pricing doesn't justify serving substandard food and poor customer treatment. If your price is low, your standards shouldn’t be too. Respecting the customer doesn’t cost anything.

I’m sharing this so others don’t get misled. If you value good food and basic hospitality, this branch will leave...

I regret my self why i select these place for dinner.

Its doesn’t means many item in menu means good.

❌Environment:- 1 out of 10 rating I fill i stand in vegetable market. Hall didn’t have fan and AC didn’t work. And yes waiter directly said no if we complain about AC.

They give us 6 person table for 7 person and arrogantly said no for extra table. After completing repeated one person arranged table. But after listening 2 time no for it.

❌🍕Food:- 3 out 10 Pizza: main item is pizza but they served garlic bread and Thincrust pizza highly. Other one is Margarita pizza which rarely served. Only Margarita pizza is hot and soft rest are not.

❌Panipuri: 4 out 10 10 year child also know to add solt in food but they didn’t. Salt is ignorable but test is not.

✅Best part is gulabjamun only 9 out 10.

❌waiter:- I fill waiter is below 16 year. Its child decision to work. I ask her how many type pizza in menu. She said garlic bread and pizza. 1 Pizza 2 garlic bread. Pizza like this.

Above part of waiter is about age but I explained in environment part how arrogantly said no for maintain AC and for table for sitting.

Shop is ok ok

✅Pawnhaji is good but if you go for eat pawbhaji then think again about rate.

❌Dhosa:- not good. Paper is ok but sambhar chatni not.

❌bhel:- 😂 anything added in menu to increase number of item. And yes maker only add mamra nd chatni only. If you ask chat masala then said no.

❌noodles:- I think noodles is not good for heath so I didn’t try this item.

We have planned for dinner at Mad over grill puna canal road branch.Firstly they are taking advance payment before dinner according we provided 3 table for total 15 people then we sitted and going to take a dinner slad/soup etc in between manager also provided another group at our booked table.When we returned from slad and soup counter table already full then requested to manage and stated that we try to arrange and all that but finally not getting and we managed from our side and sitted with different group and separately.

As per their system,The have to give pizza,coldrinks at table but dinner time we have to found and hoing to talk with manager where is pizza boy and coldrinks boy vaitor.

Finally,we can observe that they are not given proper service its target is that if we have to take payment advance then customer cant do anything if we not provided batter service..
