Mcdonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

I want there on 25 August,2024 ..I was in a que.. there were two counters but only one was open...I was standing behind the que at the open counter and then when my turn came she asked me what i wanna order...I said a regular meal and a lady there named reet (as the tag on her uniform says)said I have to order from screen if i want a regular meal..I can only order large or medium from there...I was like I've never heard of anything like that at any other McD.. and she started arguing... and then she was like first I'll take the order of another customer cause they came first but as long as i remember I was in. A que and another customer was besides me ...I asked if so.. you should have just said after them ... first you asked me what I want to order and after i said regular meal... you said go to screen and then suddenly you are saying after that customer I'll take your order.... after i started recording the audio she changed immediately and she was like i thought your order will be huge so i thought I'll take your first and then theirs...I said so if my order wasn't a regular meal you would take it ... and she was like they came first and all ...I was like fine ...then that customer also ordered a regular meal and she took the order and their order was smaller than mine ....I don't get the behaviour of that lady ... like why did she say I need to either order medium or large rather than regular or go...

I regularly visiting [Reliance Mall Udhna, Surat] and encountered repeated issues with the air conditioning and charging points, which staff mentioned were not working. Despite multiple visits, these amenities have not been fixed, affecting customer comfort.

Additionally, when I inquired about the situation, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff ( Do not know the name but staff with the specs), who were unwilling to allow customers to sit comfortably. This negatively impacts the overall experience and does not align with McDonald's reputation for customer satisfaction.

The staff is always reply in very rude manner and without any reason comes to the customers and ask them to leave the place if they are done with the food as they cant even wait there. Moreover, intentionally not starting air conditioner even i asked them multiple times and they just ignored it. Worst it is more then worst. I highly not recommend people to not to visit McDonald's at Reliance Mall Udhna.

I recently visited McDonald’s Udhana, Surat, and I must say it was a very good experience.

The outlet is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, quick in service, and made sure the order was delivered fresh and on time.

Food quality is exactly what you expect from McDonald’s – burgers were fresh, fries were crispy, and the cold coffee was just perfect. Even during peak hours, the taste and quality were consistent.

Seating arrangement is comfortable with enough space for families, friends, and even people who just want to sit with their laptops and work while having coffee.

Hygiene is another plus point here. The tables were cleaned quickly after customers left, and washrooms were also neat and tidy, which is something I always check in restaurants.

Location-wise, this branch is very convenient for people from Udhana and surrounding areas. Parking space is decent too, which makes it easy for families to visit.

Overall, it is a great place for a quick bite, casual meet-up, or even a small celebration. McDonald’s Udhana is definitely one of the best fast-food options in this area.
