McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

Located at outskirts of baroda city besides the national highway 8. Near L&T. Approach road is under construction. Parking place available free. Almost 10 cars can be parked at a while. Interior is well designed. Good seating arrangement. Washrooms are well cleaned. Order delivery is on time. Two order counters but at a time only one counter works. Away from city so not much crowded. Also good option for those who are traveling by NH 8 for baroda ahemdabad. Order boy was quite humble. Pay by card is available as usual of mcds. Self service. Order number is displayed as well as called by the counter boys. Order was delivered within 10 minutes as low rush was there. Certain items were not available at the time of visit. May be due to morning time or what....? . Eating in and parcel both available. Whole restaurant is under cctv coverage. No smoking zone borads are displayed. Inside, no one can smoke. Tv diaplays are put at several walls. Same ads...

One of the worst Macdonalds experience I had in this outlet. Let’s start with staff shortage there were 20+ people waiting in line to place the order and there was so much chaos within the staff itself that it was getting difficult to manage everything. I have ordered 5 burgers and I made the payment with my credit card. Strangely I have started to observe this thing that Mac’d has stopped providing with bills until you don’t ask for it specifically. When my order came it was 4 burgers and because of the cashiers mistake I have to be in line again for placing the order again. I have ordered 4 coke float and I have asked it for without Ice. I have reminded them thrice that I need my drink with out ice. But,when order came my glass was full of ice and when i have asked them about it they said it is mac’d policy that they can not serve the drinks without ice. It was really strange for me. Do not visit...

Staff asking for my debit card Pin is not acceptable. It's one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've visited in my life... You have horrible screaming staff, inadequate supply of ingredients to make what's there in the menu, drive through is crowded by Swiggy and Zomato staff..

When they asked for my DEBIT CARD PIN I asked why, they said, the card machine can't reach me. So I had to step out of my car to enter the PIN and get back in... Not that i mind the physical exercise of getting out of my car, it's just that, It doesn't serve the purpose of the drive through... which was a first for me.

Also, they don't ask if you want ice or not in the coke they simply give you coke with ice.
