Michi's Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I've been ordering from this restaurant since quite a while now but today, I am compelled to write a review because they went truly above and beyond with their service.

My dad cannot eat anything spicy due to medical reasons so his options are limited. We tried ordering zero spicy Punjabi food from here and it turned out to be marvelous; not only was it not spicy, it was still tasty.

Now tonight, on a busy rakshabandhan night, we ordered our usual from my dad. Due to the obvious rush, they accidentally sent us a regular sabzi which my dad couldn't eat. I called the restaurant and they apologized and within 20 minutes, they delivered a freshly made zero spicy sabzi to our doorstep just the way my dad likes it. On top of that, they included an extra butter roti, pickled onions, and aachar. All for free.

This is what customer service is. Due to this gesture from Michi's, I will not only continue doing business with them in the future, but I will increase it, and, I will recommend it to everyone I know and tell them about this incident. Other restaurants need to take notes from Michi's on how to satisfy and retain customers.

It's taste was quite good...

Had it been 10 years ago then it had really worsen its taste but now after 10 years when I visited this place... Damn they've improved quite well...

In times of Lockdown, when I went they told they only accept 1 hour prior entry.... For eg if lockdown time is 10pm then they accept entry till 9pm only...And they were pretty strick about it... like if you're 10 person wanting to go there and if only 3/4 is there at 8.55pm then they wont allow you to enter unless everyone comes and that too before 9pm... so that was a bad management decision or strategy... So deducting 2 stars for that...

A very good restaurant.

A good place to go with friends and family the ambience is decent and seats are comfortable.

Food is great and i mean it. We asked for zero spicy food and unlike few other restaurants they actually served zero spicy food and not sweet. We ordered starters with paneer, sizzler and dal rice all zero spicy and yumm....

Service here is good and staff seems quite seasoned. They know when to pick up the plates, when to change them, when to ask for next course, etc. Serving was bit messy with table cloth but i can totally ignore that.

Washroom for female is gross try and avoid going unless urgent
