I recently visited Mom's Cafe in VVNagar, Anand, based on positive Google reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

The staff's approach towards closing time was disappointing; they seemed rushed and failed to promptly attend to final orders. While I understand that circumstances can be challenging during closing hours, the lack of attention to customer service was disheartening.

Moreover, when I approached the counter to place an order, the staff informed me about the closing time constraints and initially refused to serve certain items, including the cheese ball. Although I accommodated their limitations and ordered an alternative, the overall experience was marred by the inconvenience.

To add to the frustration, my order for a Mexican pizza was forgotten, and upon reminding the staff, I was informed that they failed to communicate my request to the kitchen. This further extended the wait time and showcased a lack of coordination among the staff.

Additionally, the informal appearance of the serving staff and the overall atmosphere did not align with the expected ambiance of a cafe; instead, it felt reminiscent of a local street food stall. This incongruity significantly impacted the overall dining experience.

In light of these issues, I am compelled to express my disappointment with my visit to Mom's Cafe. Regrettably, the service lapses and the overall atmosphere do not align with the standards one would expect from a cafe setting.

I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism, and I encourage the management to address these concerns to enhance the overall customer experience. As a result of my visit, I am hesitant to return to Mom's Cafe and unfortunately cannot recommend it to others...

Visited first time today and well well, it's definitely a 10/10 place!

📍The interior :

loved it! So beautiful and all those little details even if it's some wallart or some cute lamps or if it's your seating area. Very impressive I must say.

📍Surrounding:

It's situated opposite to v.v.nagar railway station, filled with all greenery and fresh environment. Even the environment inside the cafe is pretty good! They have live music as well.

📍Rates:

Well, almost everyone can afford this. I'll say it's Medium in rates.

📍Food:

Very very impressive food. The taste & quantity, both will worth your money. One of the tastiest food I've tasted from a while. Will definitely recommend whoever reading this review to try their food for once.

📍 Service:

Service is quite quick. The staff is good and friendly.

Kudos to those guys who are working in this cafe and their owner, for making such a good place. definitely planning to visit again in coming days.

Overall, it's a must visit place if you're in Anand or v.v. Nagar.
