Hotel is very very good to saty but the person on desk was so rude to about checkout at 10.00 am.i.said its too early .. He said this is our rule ... If u agree so ahead or else no expalination Very rude bheaviour of the person on desk Food not good at all need to work out on food taste Ambience and rooms wer very clean staff also very kind ..need to work on food taste...there was no hot water in january when is so cold ...they kept saying wait for 15min...then too water was luke warm no kettle or coffee maker in room u have to ask for kettle..Suite room i took with no hot water even no blackout curtains very light curtains direct sunlight on face in early morning ..if u are tired and wana sleep long...
