A very disappointing and gloomy place. Feels that it is not even 10% of what Freezeland I have visited in Ahmedabad. Very noisy, no sound proofing or acoustics arrangements. In the name of modernisation they are asking customers for self-service, that makes your dinning experience a nightmare. Coming to food, some of the sandwiches like bombay club was made extremely salty. Instead of proper plates they give you cheap disposable plates that were very low class. Not a good place if you are going with your guests. Sorry guys, I usually don't write negative about anyone but in this case they have not stood up at any front, so finally I am cautioning people...
