I had a very disappointing experience at Panipuri.com in Nikol, Ahmedabad. The hygiene standards were extremely poor, with the serving area and utensils looking unclean. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, barely paying attention to customer requests.

The pani puri lacked freshness, and the flavors were far from authentic. The pani tasted diluted and bland, and the puris were stale and soggy. Even other items on the menu, like sev puri and dahi puri, were below average in taste and quality.

To make things worse, the waiting time was unnecessarily long, even though the place wasn’t crowded. Prices are higher than local street vendors, but the quality doesn’t match up at all.

Would not recommend this place at all! There are far better and more hygienic options for pani puri...

Worst experience. Only Chinese item (manchurian, noodle) is okay. Other item are very bad quality. If i gives all item tast ratings than Both soup = worst(both soup are not hot and tast of tomatosoup is also bad) Manchurian = good(manchurian is only best item in all food) Noodles = moderate Rice = moderate Bhaji pav = it is worst item and also bhaji is not look like bhaiji. It is like other food. Dosa = dosa is tastless Sambhar = not so good Bhel = moderate. Not so tasty. Pani puri = pani puri is very worst tasty. Puri is loosed. Both flavors water are very bad and also potato chat is also bat quality. In short it is totally waste of money.

The food was average, but considering the price of ₹149, it’s decent for a budget meal. However, the overall experience was not great. The place was quite crowded, and unfortunately, many people lacked basic civic sense, which made the atmosphere chaotic and unpleasant.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The spoons and dishes were not properly cleaned, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. For this reason alone, I would not recommend dining here, as cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority for any food...
