It was an incredibly disappointing experience for my wife and me when we went to dine there. After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes due to the restaurant being crowded, we finally found a table and placed our orders. However, during our meal, a significant incident occurred. The chair I was seated on suddenly collapsed, causing me to fall to the floor and scattering all the food we had ordered around the table. We were bewildered by what had happened. To our dismay, neither the owner nor the manager, whoever he was, showed any concern for my well-being or inquired if I was injured. Instead, they promptly arranged for a new table and replaced the spilled food without acknowledging the seriousness of the situation. The manager simply instructed his staff to change the table as if nothing had happened. I sustained a severe sprain in my waist from the fall, which left me unable to move the next day. Despite the pain, we refrained from expressing our dissatisfaction at the time, as other diners were enjoying their meals. very very very bad experience.in terms of food as well as service even though there was not other customers besides us.

the sabji what we ordered and we received different one and also it was very sweet.they did charge us for the sabji which we order, and when we confronted about it although they charge the sabji which we received. atleast they should know what guest was asking and what's being served

they served us flat sprite (no gas). who serves flat soft drinks in restaurant.if my guess is correct they give us sprite which was in glass, so they poured it from already opened bottle of sprite which sat in fridge for quite long time.

fried masala papad was raw on edges and was very spicy.

Exact opposite of it's name. 1st experience. Worst experience in valsad. We went out for dinner. Very common n limited menu. I guess aahar sandwich parlor might have better n variety in menu. We oder soup which has no taste, manchuriyan were so dry n it was stinking. Paneer was very rough. Worst food. We might get better food on street then this people have. No table accesories small plates with big heavy spoon n forks. I mean no match at all. We were offers water in cracked glass....
