Pizza Hut | Vandemataram Road, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

Pathetic experience.. first they gave us pizza which was already prepared and not freshly made .. we complained about bad smell and taste from the pizza .. without any apologies or any gesture the boy took pizza and told us he will make new pizza.. he didn't even bother taking bad pizza pieces plate from our table although very bad smell coming from it. His attitude was very casual he came with new pizza we asked the reason behing bad pizza but he didnt even bother replying... Store manager should have can taught some basic manners and how to greet customers. the second pizza was also bad and average taste.. worst pizza hut outlet i have been through. The pepsi was without soda and just like water.. the staff was so lazy they dont even clean tables after customers left for so long time. Will never go there and never...

The pizza is average, but let me get start on the place. It has a huge sanitation issue like the place is all dirty , table not cleaned , unpleasant smell , staff not trained. Honestly you would not even like to stand in such a place and thats where they make your food. There were all the bugs and flies flying around. The place is seriously unhygienic, i would never go into this location’s franchise to ever eat. Horrible experience i had to tell to pack my food to go so that i could eat without flies getting over my food. Leftover food is on the floor. We also requested to change the table but the other table was same too. Would give 0 stars if possible. Need a health inspector to...

This outlet needs to be checked. It does not have sufficient staff to cater to the customers. Only 2 people serving and sometimes just 1 person is running around. He/She can't manage the customer, clean the tables, or serve the pizza. Since they are limited in number. No cleaniliness, hygiene is ZERO. How is such outlet is still running I am worried. We are visiting this outlet because we don't have any option near by. By default we have to visit this outlet and eat pizza's in a shaby conditioned outlet. Please do something at the store. Atleast keep 3 4 member team. How is Pizza hut even letting them run this...
