Such pathetic and worst service ever,,,,,I came twise time in this outlet but same thing happened again,,,, I'll ordered two pizza one of tandoori paneer and one of midium maxican pizza,,after order storeman say wait I'll give it order 15 minutes,,,,then after 15 minutes I'm says where is my order storeman same reply "15 minutes wait sir" again I'm sit down my chair after to long time 20 minutes he give my order different pizza,,,and I'm says this is not my order to storeman, but he says this is ur pizza but different topicon,,,again I say if this is tandoori pizza then corn why served on pizza after long discussion they realised and accepted store mistake and again say wait sir I'll give new pizza in 15 minutes but now this time storeman took same pizza and added some paneer in pizza and return serve to our tables,,,,after looking pizza i realised and say to storeman u give me same pizza with added paneer but the not accept her mistake and again long conversation he accept mistak and again 15 minutes they'll give right pizza,,,and after finish pizza's i call storemanager please give me feedback Book then store manager come with me different book after 10 minutes and i found in book some resume and some applications,, storemanager think I'm foolish,,again please give me ur area manager e-mail I'd,,,but he not given me email id and contact no...and say I'm the area sales manager and I'm...

The place was run by some individuals who do not care at all about customer satisfaction or even a decent service. This kind of pathetic experience at a Pizza Hut location was not at all expected. The temperature inside the restaurant was far more than bearable and was extremely high. Even after 4 ACs and a small area to cover there was no cooling. The staff was unresponsive, lacked basic customer service and speed to operate. Our order took more than expected time and the so called manager was calling someone to ask about the quantity of ingredients to put on the pizza. Even thought our order was dine in, we were not given plates and no napkins/tissues were given. The staff casually handed over stuff over the counter instead of coming to our table and giving it to us. This is not the pizza hut experience I was expecting. And after visiting pizza hut after many years, it’s safe to say I’m not coming back...

Worst experience ever with pizza ordered veg tanduri dubble cheese pizzas and imagine no cheese at all more than the behaviour of billing person (mitesh) like he is served us free ➕ we had 1 pizza there and 1 parcel so according to manager souce is chargeable ➕ 🛍️ is also chargeable ➕ they charge for Pepsi glass 54 rupees for 350 ml but the glass is served in 180 ml ... So it's horrible and treatment in Ahmedabad (vastral pizza Hut).. This happened with pizza lover and when we leave pizza hut we felt why we come there if customer is paying 1100+ amount and never get a carry bag having reply that everything is chargeable ever water how these big brands...
