I recently tried Pizzazzy's Unlimited Food offering, and while the experience was okay, it didn't fully live up to my expectations.
Food: The variety was quite underwhelming. They claim to offer a vast selection of dishes as part of their Unlimited Food package, but in reality, the options were far fewer—almost half of what they advertise. While the items available were decent in taste, the lack of variety was disappointing. For instance, I was expecting more creative dishes beyond the standard offerings like 7 Cheese Pizza and Pani Puri. The quality of some items, such as the salads and BBQ, felt average and didn’t stand out.
Service: The service was prompt, but the staff didn’t seem very attentive or engaged. When I asked about the missing items from their claimed menu, they didn’t provide a clear explanation, which added to the dissatisfaction.
Atmosphere: The vibe of the place could have been better, but since I opted for takeaway, I can't fully comment on the dine-in atmosphere. However, based on the overall service and food experience, I feel they need to work on creating a more welcoming and fulfilling environment.
Value for Money: For an Unlimited Food package priced in the ₹400-600 range, I expected a lot more. The limited options and average quality didn’t justify the cost. It felt more like a regular meal rather than a proper "unlimited" experience as promised.
Overall, Pizzazzy needs to be more honest about what they offer in their Unlimited Food package. If they improve their variety and deliver what they advertise, it could be a much better experience. Until then, it’s hard to recommend this place for anyone expecting a true unlimited...

I distributed invitation card with printed their add.,now Pizzazzy was not ready,,so I visited personally and paid . Bcz no choice left for me. On celebration day at pizzazzy no reserved tables were available for us. Almost all Salads bowl were empty, For BBQ, mocktails, cola , bread we need to ask 4-5 times to even get it once. Guest replied: " kuch plate me khane ke liye laaye to khaun " Was very awkward for me.. So we left pizzazzy and went nearby place to continue party. At time of payment due to some reason 2 friends didn't come. So they didn't counted as proper party...
