The food we ordered through Zomato was stale. The owner didn't accept the fact that it was stale and he was only sticking to the point that we send someone from our home to go back to this restaurant (around 7-8 KMs) and get it replaced? Saying sorry isn't enough - if you were really sorry, you wouldn't have sent the stale item in the first place. Please be aware before eating here and protect...
