I had dinner here with my wife and ordered two dosas. One came on time, but for the second one I waited for over an hour. Every time I asked, the waiters just said, “It’s preparing.” In the end, I left without getting my food — a very bad experience.

When I brought this up to the owner, his response in Gujarati was, "Tehvar che etle aavu revanu" (It’s festival time, so it’s like this). My question to him is simple: if you don’t have the capacity, why are you still accepting online food orders? You couldn’t even serve the customers sitting right in...
