So, me and my family was traveling and we planned to have dinner in mehsana ,after checking through highly rated restaurants, and decided on this place (big mistake) . We got there after taking detour of 4km from highway, we order the food, soup took longer the usual, and were below average, and masala papad was soggy , and we had to wait 40 min for main course, and rotis came 10 min before the sabzi , and next round of rotis took another 20 mins after sabzi came, we then ordered palak paneer which came 20 mins after rotis and the palak paneer gravy was undercooked and without spices or tadka ,ruin our mood and we cancel more rotis and asked for bill . On complaining was told they were short of staff and didn't expect so much rush, as they are recently opened and haven't advertised about their place . Honestly ruined our experience and wasted our money, first subzi was good but service and wait time ruined...

Living in Mehsana since 2019, as a person who lived in Ludhiana and loved chaap and momos and after coming to mehsana craved them for years , this place was literally a bliss. This placed fulfilled my craving of years. This place gives you the authentic taste of Punjab. The food that is presented beautifully and is kid friendly ( kids can't handle spice and this place provides specifications of spice level. We are searching for the good taste of Chole Bhature in Mehsana but in the last 6 years I was not satisfied with the taste of Chole Bhature in other available restaurants in Mehsana. So we decided to try Punjabi Chaap multi cuisine. Initially they confirm it is available on weekdays only, but on our request they agreed to serve it for us.
